The MsPaint in Vista is still same as it was in wni98 and win xp.

MsPaint Should have some new painting features. Like clonning and antialiasing etc.

I totally agree with that. It doesn't needs to be like Photoshop, but it should have more features. Take a look at Paint.NET !
