Show "Content.IE5" and Recycle Bin
Even with both "Show Hidden Files" checked and "Hide protected Operating System Files" unchecked, the folder Content.IE5 is not visible. The Temporary Internet Files folder is, however.
Also, under C:\$RECYCLE.BIN, it shows a number of Recycle Bin equal to the number of users. Instead, show the actual code. (C:\$RECYCLE.BIN\S-?-?-??-??????????-??????????-?????????-????)

The content.ie5 you are searching is in users\{your username}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Low\Content.IE5. Ok, that's not the smallest of paths :)
As for the recycle bin, I have my recycle bin show as well as a few others which are nammed after the SID of their owner. I'm not that happy with the SID (usernames being so much more readable :p), but as you can't do much with recycle bins which are not yours...

It's a super hidden folder.
But there is an easy way to see it:
just in you start menu, click on execute, then type %temp%
and click on ok.
I saw this trick on http://www.poremsky.com/p/view_temp.htm
