With that same logic,
then scrolling the page is what the Up and Down Arrow Keys are for.

It's a very good idea. But those kind of buttons are only for one click so there should be a big change...

I will click 3 times the blank part of the scrollbar below the gripper control to page down.

Uhmm not so bad idea. Try using Shift in scrollbars, shift+click the blank part near the down button to go to the bottom
