Strange line near text while clicking an icon on desktop

Sometimes when you click (one time) on icon, strange line appears on the right of text below icon (as in illustration).

What is really strange is that behaviour occurs for me on Computer icon, Trash Bin, Mozilla Firefox and not on Microsoft Word and many other icons.
the other strange thing about this lines is they have divverent length and position (higher or lower).

Confirmed. I just tested with an icon on my desktop and noticed this right away.

FYI: Mine only shows up on the "Computer" icon.

Mine shows up on the Nullsoft Scriptable Install System. Never noticed it till now.

I have that same problem too! I thought that it was just my monitor.

It seems like it appears for text of a certain length only... tried with a few icons on my desktop and it only showed up on one of them.
