Allow an option to be notified of responces + option to not be notified on certian topics

Alright, this idea is for us to be notified about a topic we responded to gets responded to again. Lets say I responded to topics 12, 17 and 21. 21 and 17 got responded to by another member. this will show up on the side when we log in. This will also be enabled to topics we started out self. This is helpfull by letting us know of responses, contuning the conversation and see what others think of the idea.

This of course can be disabled or we can also chose to not be notified on certian topics. Like If I chose not to be notified on topic 21, I can check a box in the topic 21 page "not be notified on this topic anymore"

I think an email notification (ala-Forums or Long's Blog) would be a simple start to do this.
