Back button is shifted to the right in explorer's window in classic mode

Submitted by Julien Manici on June 8, 2008 to Aesthetics

When in classic mode, the windows explorer window has its back button not positionned correctly.

Compare to the well positionned back button on the desktop properties window.

It's awful in windows server 2008 since we often use windows classic theme!

EDIT:
In fact, it's the background (gray) bevel that has a problem:
when the back button is active, it is streched, so it looks like the back button does not fill the "hole", but the button is positionned correctly (the toolbar background isn't)
The problem is even worse when you hover the arrow at the right of the next button

Fix the code that draws incorrectly the background bitmap of the toolbar

Look me a minute to realize you meant the little arrow right of the forward button.

That's not what I was speaking about (I was speaking about the background of the back button), but indeed, the two arrows have not the same position

nobody uses the classic mode, classic mode has its limits

@bearluke:
there are lots of people who use classic mode, otherwise there wouldn't be anyone posting classic mode quirks. whether it has it's limits or not, if it's there, and it's used, it should be taken care of.
