Ugly corners when aero border padding is set to less than 4 px

Problem: In the advanced appearance settings dialog, you can choose to have a smaller border padding (the default one is too large in my opinion...)
Sadly, when you choose a lower value than the default, some pixels are simply "missing" in the corner of every windows (see screenshot or try by yourself to better understand).

Solution: Fix this issue about aero glass

Severity: Low

Impact: Low

Status: Not fixed
