Website Container Folder Icon Outdated

The explorer folder icon displayed for websites developed using Microsoft tools is outdated. Websites created using Visual Studio, Expression, Sharepoint Designer, and other tools get assigned this old icon.

This is a Expression Web problem, not Windows Vista.
