Tablet PC Settings panel is very cramped and small (inconsistency with other panel)

The "Tablet PC" Panel found in the Control Panel is cramped all together, all other panel has each element spread out. Even the window side of the panel is the smallest of all other panels.

Make the panel bigger, and spread each element form each other, like the other panel.

I think the panel is good as is. One problem - that's seen with some other panels - the non-ClearType text. It's very ugly. :(
