FTP "Log on as" window displays legacy icons

Problem: In the "Log on as" window, there is a legacy "key" icon, as well as a legacy "warning shield"

Solution: Change the icons to the Vista/ Win 7 equivalents.

Severity: Medium

Impact: Medium

Status: Not fixed
