Search Pane When Enabled Does Not Stay Enabled In Explorer

Once the search pane is enabled under Organize and Layout for advanced searches, the search pane does not stay enabled once the explorer window is closed and reopened. Other panes such as the preview pane, navigation pane, and details pane, remain.

Fix the bug to maintain consistency for those who like this feature enabled to do advanced searches.

it's a bug,
but enabling the "Search Pane" is not necessary, because you can use the advanced query syntax in the normal search box:
