Ability To Have More Clocks In The Taskbar Clock Preview

Submitted by AsianOnRoute69 on November 5, 2008 to Aesthetics, Annoyance, Usability

In the time preview pane that is displayed once clicking the time on the taskbar has a limitation of only two extra clocks. WHY? Couldn't it be easy enough to have more?

Change the clock limitation from two to as many as you want with an add clock button.

Changed title from [Ability To Have More Clocks In The Taskbar Preview] to [Ability To Have More Clocks In The Taskbar Clock Preview].

Why limit to 5?
Just provide a button "Add another clock" ;-)

bearluke,
How many people need more than 640k?

Promoted, because I happen to use five including local time - just not in Vista.

thanx Engsign Joe for that idea, changed the post to reflect that.

Definitely agreed.

Actually, a quick way to determine the time in a certain region would be nice (instead of having to click 'change settings' and 'change time zone').

bearluke: Why not have the capability? Besides, you don't know how many users need more than 3 clocks. Have you asked anyone?

-1.This isn't a woldtime clock but should display the system time. So it does more as it should with displaying 3 different clocks.

Add 24 clocks to your sidebar. That's what the gadgets are about!
