Menus are shifted to the right

When I click on the menu, it appears to have shifted to the right and it interferes with the other drop down menus.

Fix this glitch

Make the menu centered again.

I don't have the problem on both 32 and 64-bit Vista.
If you installed a software that damages Windows... then nothing can be done part of Microsoft.

I think it happened immediately after I installed Virtual PC 2007 SP1

I have Virtual PC 2007 SP1 64-bit, and I don't have the problem. Sorry.
