Ease of Access Center access key problem
When you are in the Ease of Access Center, you are given the option to start the Magnifier, Narrator, On-Screen Keyboard or to setup high contrast. Pressing the ALT key in this window underlines the access keys for these options. If you press G for Magnifier, it is selected with a blue border but jumps to the Set up High Contrast option instead of launching the Magnifier (I know the high contrast window has some options for the magnifier, but it's still the wrong window.) This could be a problem for someone with disabilities because it might be slightly confusing as to what just happened, and makes it harder to get to the option from there.
The image shows what happens after you press Alt + G; the magnifier option is selected for a split second before choosing the high contrast.
Make Alt + G open the Magnifier instead of bringing up the high contrast window.
