Add a "Sort by Votes" option on the (website) sidebar

Sometimes when I visit this site, I like to check the most popular submissions by number of votes. Something like -100+, -99 to 0, 0 to 50, etc. However, this is difficult when I have to go through dozens of pages under the "Popular Submissions" tab.

Simply add this to the sidebar.
