Auto Hidden Taskbar Flickers After Switching User Or After Remote Desktop

If I log in to my work Vista computer from home using Remote Desktop, and then when I return to work, I log in, an autohidden taskbar flickers while it attempts to "reload" all of the windows and programs. The same problem occurs if I switch my User Account A to another User Account B (on the same computer), when I attempt to log back into User Account A, the hidden taskbar will flicker for the first few seconds while all of the windows and programs are redisplayed.

If you are unable to reproduce this, try opening up a lot of windows and programs. For instance, I usually have the following programs open when I have this problem: Outlook, FireFox with about 10 windows and about 10 tabs each, Explorer and OneNote. Also, I'm not sure if this makes a difference, but my auto hidden taskbar is on the left side of the screen.

I created a new one for this even though http://www.aerotaskforce.com/view/228 exists because I have not noticed this problem when logging on/off and shutting down or starting up.
