Default programs association for protocol/filetype

Only two "bookmarks" - protocols and extensions.

Add search, more "bookmarks" (Images, Music, Video ...) and do it more user friendly.

Too many differences between Windows Live Mail and Windows Live Writer

WLW - different icons style, different menu style, different icons bar style when same color is selected. Poor functions.

New Windows Live Writer with same style and more features.
