+1. Full screen zoom is a lot better than a (docked) window.

In addition, there should also be an option to control the disabling of ClearType with Magnifier.

This is a problem if natural language searching is turned on. Turn it off and "Windows Photo Gallery" will show up if you type 'photo'.

Even everyday users know how to right click in the folder. The option 'Install New Font' is right there, which brings up this dialog. The old menu bar isn't the only way to invoke this dialog.
