remove properties in the organize menu does not work (always grayed out)
When I click organize I notice that remove properties is always grayed out in the menu even when selecting a file. Why displays remove properties in the menu when it doesn't function?

Ability to change Windows Logon Wallpaper to any image
The first thing user see when they turn on or lock their computer is the default logon screen wallpaper. The logon default wallpaper really gets old and boring for other people. Ability to change the Windows logon wallpaper to any image would be awesome.

IE 7 scrollbar no visual effect that are seen in Windows Explorer and Windows apps.

In Recycle Bin Properties the Local Disk (C :) icon is wrong It's showing Folder Icon instead of the hard drive icon

Programs and Features uninstall or change a program information
I can't make the information above the programs and features disappear. We don't need to see the information since most of us already know how to uninstall or change a program. The information make the UI look bad.
Remove the uninstall or change a program information and Make the user click the help icon in the corner instead.

Network system tray icon and turn on activity animation.
The Vista Network system tray icon does not have activity animation even when turn on. In XP you could actually see the activity animation light up data is being
sent/receive.

The start Menu setting is mix up everywhere and wasted space. Classic Start menu is still available
Clean up the start menu properties and remove the classic start menu or move it elsewhere to add space for other settings. look at the "after" pics edited with Windows Paint. it's much cleaner

Can't change the Windows Explorer command bar color. I wanted the color to be black similar to WMP 11 or a color that matches the window color.

IE Download animation
the IE download animation is pretty old "globe, paper and folder". The icon is jaggy and not clear either.

Group similar taskbar buttons
The group similar taskbar button menu does not align with the taskbar button and also look at the down arrow it's all the way to the edge.
