Public Vote for Severity or Impact
Right now we can only vote for or against a submission, and that's all
However the no. of promotes - demotes does not tell how serious the problem is, it just shows how many people have read it or whether people have read it properly or not.
If we vote for it, we should have a severity level to choose from, 1,2,3,4 or 5.
and a way to sort submissions according to their level or severity

There are over thousand of versions of Vista
5 main versions: (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business, Enterprise, Ultimate). My complaint is NOT here. Although I'd rather they have 1 or 2, I think they have 5 for marketing reasons. (more...)

XPS viewer doesn't work if IE is not the default browser.
XPS viewer doesn't work if IE is not the default browser.
In fact, there isn't an XPS viewer in Vista although it's listed in the program list.
It just opens the default browser. (IE can handle .xps, but others can't)
Make XPS viewer an independent program, like Adobe Reader.

Gadgets "close button" misposition before/after MOVE
The first time you move a gadget after it's started, the "close button menu" will be shifted to the right.

Left click menu of Safely Remove Hardware floats
When you left click the Safely Remove Hardware in tray and move the cursor to somewhere else, the menu appears at the cursor, but NOT at the icon
This does not occur on other tray icons, like WLM.
Show the menu AT the icon, no matter where the cursor is.

Popularity based on the percentage of promotes
A suggestion with 200 promotes and 50 demotes does not actually mean it's popular, and one with 30 promotes and no demotes should be more popular, but probability its just less read.
Add a way to sort the submissions based on the percentage of promotes.
Of course, in order to avoid having those with 1 votes being counted as 100%, filter out those with less than 10 (or 20) votes when sorted this way.

Windows Media Player - Playlist Playing
1 - When you double click a playlist in WMP11, it always plays the first song first, even if you selected SHUFFLE

Black Screen / Flickers before and after a UAC prompt
It's obvious, just before and after a UAC prompt, the screen turns black.
It's annoying and hurts your eyes.

Games Explorer
Occasionally it automaticcally changes the way it's viewed and sorted when it is opened, usually changes to "Details", sorted by "last played".
And worst of all, the game you last played is on the BOTTOM of the list
remember how it is sorted last time it is used!

Links duplicated and not in order in the "Save as" window
By default, "computer" is not present in the links folder, but it's present in the save as window.
If we add it so it can be found in explorer, then it will be duplicated in the save as window.
