"Disk Defragmenter: Advanced Options" dialog

Problem: * The title of the dialog is wrong, it comes up when you click "Select Volumes...".
* It has a undecipherable "\\?\Volume{GUID}" thing (might be a network drive?)
* The OK buttons are grayed out for no good reason

"Folder Redrection Failed", UI prevents relocating profile folders to reparse points

Problem: After being frustrated by applications ignoring my specified profile sub-folders (not Microsoft's fault) I decided to use a junction point instead, which works great.

Solution: Remove this dialog, or, if there is a real reason, explain it.

MMC's "Customize View" dialog doesn't respond to "X" or ESC

Problem: The close button (red "X" in top right) on this dialog doesn't do anything, neither does pressing escape.

There is no easy way to cancel the changes you have made using this dialog. Or to kill it.

Solution: Make escape and the close button work. Maybe add a cancel button.

Hopefully this will be replaced completely in the hopefull MMC overhaul. :D

Explorer doesn't restore 32bit icons after returning from 256 color mode

Problem: After you return to 32 bit colour mode from 256 color mode (ie. after using Remote Desktop from a dial up connection) many icons in explorer stay in 256 colours.

Solution: Use whatever icons are closest to *current* color depth.

(at least it's not a as bad a when Windows Live Mail would crash...)
