Move Digital Id Management into OS

Having IE managing digital certificates is daft, yes IE uses them for secure sites, but so does every other browser, so do many mail clients, so do some NNTP clients etc.

Clipboard copyability

1. All Text on all surfaces shall be selectable and thus copy-able to clipboard
2. All about boxes shall have a copy to clipboard option
3. Scrap property sheets in favour of VS2008 Property Grid like object in a sizable window

HTML not good for this sort of thing, Usenet much better

or use MS Discussions format, as they appear in IE7/8 (but not as they appear in IE6, Opera or Fx)

new title bar buttons

Add buttons for "stay on top", "roll up" and "minimise to tray" along side the minimise, maximise and close to all windows.
