System Configuration (msconfig) window should be resizeable
The window does not provide enough horizontal space to view all the information (without scrolling), especially in the Services and Startup tabs.

Explorer Search Box Backgound Colour Quirk
The background colours of the search box and the small magnifying glass icon do not always match under certain circumstances; one is briefly highlighted white while the other remains grey. This occurs, for example, when the mouse cursor quickly moves (more...)
Force the background to be consistent for the entire search box when the mouse cursor hovers over.
