Large Icon + Drag to New Location = bad news
The icon should size itself down to normal whilst being moved, that way, it doesn't intrude on your moving process.
Network system tray icon and turn on activity animation.
Slugsie has the right idea. I would love to see this fixed.
When copying files to a removable drive occasionally the estimated time is way off.
I get this all the time, and it's misleading to plan how long it will take etc.
'File in use' dialog missing information and options
We shouldn't have to download 3rd party programs just to see this kind of basic information.

Remote Desktop Drag and Drop
I noticed this, and it really tends to bug me, considering that it freezes windows explorer whilst it's copying the files when you copy and paste them into the remote window.
Paint MUST be replaced
Download a better app yourself, paint is fine for a basic user. If you want more, download more.
"Look & Feel" of Control Panel items is all over the place
Control Panel needs a total rework really. Everything needs to remain in the window, rather than popping up and stuff. Plus it all needs to look the same.
