Inconsistent design of colored status boxes
Every place Windows Vista displays a colored "status" box has a different style.
On the "Windows Firewall" page:
* Colored heading with fade to white
* Blue, rounded, 1 pixel borders
* Icon within (more...)
Use one style and consistent spacing.
Consider improving the ugly "pastel fade to white" in the headers.

Windows Defender back button is enabled when first opened
When Windows Defender is first opened, the back button is enabled even though the user has not performed any action yet. Clicking the button switches to the "scan statistics page"
When opening Windows Defender (for example, from the Control Panel), the back button should not be enabled until a user has performed an action.
