More Icons that Need Updating
If you change an icon, you will see SHELL32.dll and you will find so many old icons from Windows 95 to Windows XP.
LEAVE VISTA ALONE!!!! Lol.
I do not know if Microsoft is preserving these icons, but they should remove, or update, or even do nothing about this.

Shutdown and Lock buttons on Windows Classic
The buttons on Shutdown and Lock buttons on the Start menu on Windows classic are surrounded with white thing that looks like a bad GIF image.
