"Add Fonts" is outdated

Problem: Generally outdated. Uses Windows 3.1-era folder views. Cannot select individual font file - lists all fonts in folder.

Solution: Not only update styling, but add new functionality. Search. Font management - activate/deactivate. Fonts export/backup functionality.

According to a credible source, the dialog no longer exists in Windows 7 and is most likely not going to come back. No words whether or not there are any new 'font organization' features.
