Seperate QuickLaunch from taskbar

The QuickLaunch bar cannot be separated from the taskbar. The taskbar+quicklaunch can be moved to various places on the desktop, but the quicklaunch bar cannot be separated from the taskbar.

Ability to seperate the quicklaunch bar and customize its position/size/shortcuts/ dividers etc

Disk Quota applet

Disk Quota tab has legacy and weird icon. Quota management console has Windows 95-styles and icons.
