quick launch in taskbar issue

when customizing quick launch it doesn't appear correctly when locking it "see pics unlock/lock". Also empty space appear between the icon and the arrow. Quick launch UI menu should be updated.

need a quick fix and updated Quick Launch UI menu look at pics
