UAC overlay icons aren't correctly blended.

Problem: The icons are surrounded by a white jagged edge, instead of being blended neatly. It is more apparent when the icons are larger.
Note: I don't normally have my icons that large, it's just for demonstration purposes.

Solution: Blend the icons correctly.

Wrong Documents Icon in Send To menu

Problem: When you right click an object in Windows Explorer, and select the "send to" option, the Documents Icon is different to EVERY OTHER time that is used.

REALLY annoys me that microsoft could leave something so stupid like this in.

Different Personalization Icons

Problem: There are two ways to get to 'Control Panel\Personalization.' One way is through the desktop the other, via the control panel. Lamentably, there are also two icons representing the same location.

Solution: Use a single icon to represent the location.
